Frequently Asked Questions
How long are shipping times for products?
Normal shipping time for our products is 3-10 US business days. We usually provide an email update with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For some products, we use 3rd party manufactures, so if you ordered a product with a custom print, that might take a bit longer.
Still, if it's been more than 10 US business days and you still haven't received your order, please contact us here, or email us at support@shopjomo.co and we will respond within 24 hrs or less.
My product arrived damaged. Now what?
Oh no! We are sorry to hear that. We often use 3rd party suppliers to make and ship our products, so if a product is damaged we can't always know unless you tell us. please email us at support@shopjomo.co with a photo of the product and we will take care of it, ASAP.
Do you accept returns / exchanges?
Due to high shipping and production costs, we do not usually offer exchanges. We do offer returns for most products for up to 15 days from the day you received the product. If interested in a return / refund, please contact us here.
